The Cedar Valley Rocks!!!
Hey everyone.  Just wanted to say how exciting and fun it is to be out and about this weekend and see tons and tons of people running, biking, walking, and simply just enjoying the crazy warm, November weather.  Keep up the activity.  This is one fun place to live!

New Trail Maps of the Cedar Valley are out and the single track dirt is in the best shape it's been in three years.  I ran 12 miles w/ only 15 minutes of pavement just this morning.  Be smart and use the soft stuff to stay healthy.  The scenery is pretty sweet too!
